Our modern apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and TV, 2 bedrooms with box spring double beds and smart TVs and a bathroom with rain shower and separate WC. In addition, a own garden with terrace and garden furniture, as well as a ski room with boot dryer are at your disposal. You can park your car comfortably in our carport with e-charging station.

Of course we also provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, tabs for dishwasher, dish towels, high chair, baby crib and WIFI Internet free of charge.

Relax

Apartment Stubai is 55m² in size and is located in the district of Milders. From the apartment the ski bus stop can be easily reached on foot (70m). A Spar supermarket with ATM is also just a few minutes walk away (about 400m). The village center of Neustift is connected to Milders by its own footpath, along the stream (approx. 2km). A ski rental is also within walking distance (ca.350m) You have only a few meters from the carport to your apartment and do not have to walk annoying stairs.
