The Familiengut Burgstaller is located just one kilometre from the Lake Millstätter See and in the middle of the hiking paradise of the Nockberge Biosphere Park with 1,000 km of marked and well-maintained hiking trails of all levels of difficulty. As a certified hiking hotel, the Familiengut offers guided hikes. Hiking poles and maps can of course be hired. Guests also enjoy a marvellous variety of cycling tours on the water and in the mountains. Bikes and e-bikes can be hired at the hotel at any time.

At the Familiengut Burgstaller an ecological, sustainable and traditional way of life takes centre stage. In the kitchen, mainly organic and regional products are used, potatoes and seasonal vegetables come from our own garden, game from our own hunt and meat from our own farm.
