Allgemeines: Am Anreisetag stehen Ihnen die Zimmer ab 14:00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Wir bitten Sie die Zimmer am Abreisetag bis 10:00 Uhr freizugeben. Bei fixen Buchungen ist eine Anzahlung von 50 prozent pro Zimmer erbeten, um die Reservierung bestätigen zu können, per Kreditkarte. Bei verspäteter Anreise oder vorzeitiger Abreise verrechnen wir den Gesamt Betrag.
Stornobedingungen gemäß österreichischem Hotelreglement:
Ab Buchung bis 61 Tage vor Anreise: Kostenloses Storno.
60 bis 31 Tage vor Anreise: 50 % des Gesamtbetrages.
Innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Anreise, bei verspäteter Anreise oder vorzeitiger Abreise: 100 % des gebuchten Aufenthaltsbetrages.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir berechtigt sind, die jeweilige Stornogebühr ab 60 Tagen vor Anreise von Ihrer Kreditkarte abzubuchen.
Anzahlung & Abrechnung:
Bei einer verbindlichen Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 50% des Gesamtbetrages am Tag der Buchung zu entrichten (Visa, Mastercard). Der Restbetrag ist 60 Tage vor Anreise zu entrichten. Buchungen werden durch schriftliche Bestätigung von beiden Seiten - entweder
per E-Mail, oder Brief fixiert.

Cancellation conditions according to Austrian hotel regulations:
Cancellation Fees
From booking up to 61 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Within 30 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Please note that we are entitled to debit the cancellation fee from your credit card from 60 days before arrival.
Deposit & Payment
Deposit: For a binding reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required on the day of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, or Mastercard.
Remaining Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered final once it has been confirmed in writing by both parties (e.g., via email or letter).
Recommendation
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to minimize potential financial risks.
