Along the “God dals Plauns” you can expect a mix of forest and open land. At the height of the Morteratsch campsite, you will need to take off your snowshoes to cross the canton road. From there the route leads you through the snowy forest directly to the Morteratsch parking lot or its train station. This trail can be started from either side.
