Wildwasserarena Mölltal

If you love nature and the wild water,
you are just right in the whitewater Arena Mölltal.

Conditions at the Möll Valley white water centre are unique. In the stretches near Flattach, the River Möll follows a natural course with a good gradient, providing excellent runs for rafting, canoeing and kayaking.

The white water rapids are 350 metres long and 15 metres wide with a 3 metre drop. Flow rate or water volume reaches 10-20 m3/sec and at an ideal level of 150-180 cm is classified under the International Scale of River Difficulty as grade WW III+. In some places the water reaches a flow rate of around 13-17 km/h.

If you just want some fun, the Möll Valley white water arena is ideal for learn-ing to shoot the rapids and discovering the great outdoors. The centre organises courses for families, couples, clubs, schools, firms and team building. Local outdoor companies provide a full range of services with rental equipment and qualified guides.

The White Water Arena Mölltal offers activities also for non-professional athletes. Enjoy one of the funsports which are offered in the arena.
