Our comfortable country house is located in a quiet, central and sunny location in the heart of Kirchboden in Wagrain.
Directly opposite the house is the Wasserwelt Amadé swimming and leisure facility with an adventure area, indoor pool and massages as well as a sauna world. Free entry to the adventure pool for 3 hours every day during your stay.

The free ski bus stops just 50 meters from the house and runs every 15 minutes between the "Red 8-seater gondola", the "Grafenber gondola" and the "Flying Mozart".
