From the Nigglgut riding stable runs the medium difficulty hiking path no. 115 to Hütteggbauer and further to Frohnalm (not serviced). From here the path runs eastwards to Stanzalm (serviced) and then somewhat steeper uphill to Stanzscharte (2,102 m). From here you have a magnificent view of the mountain world of Rauris.
Riding stable via Kirchbühel to Hütteggbauer and further to Frohnalm - eastwards through Hochwald to the Stanzalm hut - via Stanzalm to Stanzscharte - crossing to Bad Hofgastein.
Sturdy footwear, poles, hiking equipment.
Via B311 to Rauris, via bypass road to Wörth and Bucheben.
By post bus line 640 to Bucheben to the bus stop "Bucheben Niggl".
Parking available at Nigglgut parking lot (free).
Descent as ascent via path no. 115 to Stanzalm to Bucheben or towards Lercheggalm (serviced) and Edertrog to Wörth (path no. 16).
Once at Stanzscharte, the descent to Bad Hofgastein can also be chosen.
