Path to Moosalm

The hike to Moosalm is a relaxed tour, ideal for families and anyone looking for a quiet and nature-oriented break. The path starts in the center of Altenmarkt and leads over well-marked trails through a varied and idyllic landscape.

The route runs mostly through shady forests, which provide a pleasant hiking experience especially on warm summer days. Along the way, there are repeated views of the surrounding mountains and the wide Pongau landscape. After about 1.5 hours, you reach Moosalm, which is located at 1,280 meters.
