Hochkönig - Maria Alm - Zell am See Road Bike Route

Start at Altenmarkt-Zauchensee Tourism Association. From Sportplatzstraße turn left onto Obere Marktstraße and first right into Stampfergasse. Continue straight to the bike path towards Eben, continue through the town Eben over Niedernfritz and Hüttau (Fritztal) to Bischofshofen. After passing through Bischofshofen, at the second roundabout turn right towards Mühlbach am Hochkönig, long, partly very steep ascent over the village Hochkönig and the Dientner Sattel towards Dienten. Shortly before the village Dienten, turn right towards Maria Alm / Saalfelden (Attention:turn right). Over the Filzensattel and the village Maria Alm, it goes to Saalfelden. In the town center of Saalfelden turn left towards Zell am See. Pass through the town Zell am See(Attention: do not use the bypass tunnel). Immediately after the town Zell am See, at the intersection turn left towards Bruck an der Glocknerstraße / Schwarzach. Along the Salzach valley via Bruck an der Glocknerstraße and Lend to Schwarzach, further to St. Johann im Pongau. In St. Johann im Pongau turn right towards Wagrain, steadily slight ascent to Wagrain. In the town center of Wagrain (directly at the church) turn left towards Flachau. Over the last ascent after the town Wagrain further to Reitdorf. At the roundabout take the third exit towards Altenmarkt, continue through the town center Reitdorf and back to Altenmarkt.
