Seekar Loup starting from Russbach S 362

From Russbach, take the old Pass Gschütt road to Gosau.Upstream along the Gosau stream, a cosy calm sets in and we follow the path full of anticipation to reach asphalt again after a short uphill, crossing a small waterfall. It cools down considerably in the shadow of the mountains, but just a few kilometres later the valley opens up and we are standing on the edge of the Vorderer Gosausee lake with a tremendous view of the Dachstein. After the first 20 photos, we ride along the lake and a little later turn left at the top and continue towards the Grubenalm, where a short detour to the Plankensteinalm, the Vordere Grubenalm or further around the Löckenmoos past the Schleifstein quarries, lovely alpine pastures around the Leitgebkogel back to Gosau via the old Pass Gschütt road to Russbach is tempting.
