Around the Plattenkogel

From Krimml, the first section leads over the Gerlos High Alpine Road to the pass height! Upon arrival, turn left to Hochkrimml. Here you will be greeted by a beautiful mountain panorama. On the only slightly ascending path between the districts Filzstein and Duxeralm, you can briefly recharge before the bike path to Plattenkogel branches sharply to the left about 70 m after the mountain restaurant Duxeralm. From now on it's uphill towards BergGeistAlm - a short hike to the summit cross of Plattenkogel allows another magnificent panoramic view - ! Back from the summit cross, the bike tour leads downhill between gentle alpine meadows to the Gletscherblick Alm, then on to the districts Silberleiten and Filzstein or back to your chosen starting point.
