Via Ferrata Persailhorn NORTH (Wildental Klettersteig/ Steinernes Meer)

From the starting point car park Bachwinkl climbers ascent to the Peter Wiechenthaler mountain hut via path Nr. 412. Then follow the signs until you reach the entrance of the via ferrata Wildental on the northern side of the Persailhorn.

BY CAR

Drive on the Pinzgauer federal highway B311 from Saalfelden in the direction of Lofer. The company Forstinger will show up on your lefthand side, after about 50m take a turn right into the road "Pabing". Follow the road for about 1.5 km until you reach the Bachwinkl car park. The hiking tour starts here.

BY TRAIN

BY BUS

The starting point at the car park Bachwinkl can be reached by bus from the city center of Saalfelden. The bus stop "Saalfelden Hubertus" is located in walking distance to the starting point.

Parking

Parking is possible at the Bachwinkl parking lot in Saalfelden. The tour starts from here.
