Our family-friendly apartments are located right in Kaprun, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center.
A selection of apartments in various sizes, tailored to your needs, awaits you in our small apartment house in Kaprun. Our apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 people, and all feature a private balcony.
Indoors, we offer covered parking spaces. Cycling enthusiasts will find a secure bike storage room, and for children there is a playground. A well-stocked supermarket is nearby, and we are also happy to offer a bread delivery service for your breakfast.

We offer the Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card, providing a wide range of benefits and attractions in the region.
We do not have credit card facilities available. Therefore, we kindly ask for payment in cash or via online transfer.
The price in summer includes the Summer Card (Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card) and the mobility card.
Price includes final cleaning, excluding local tax (€2.50 per person/day). From November 2026, local tax €4.
