Villacher Alpe

From Mühlbach it goes through the Rosental valley to Villach. The Villacher Alpenstraße measures 16.5 kilometers from Villach-Möltschach (550 m) to the Dobratsch (Rosstratte 1,732 m), but not all the way to the summit (2,167 m). Because that must be conquered on foot. Along the road, grand views open up repeatedly of Villach, the Karawanks, the Julian Alps, and the largest rockslide area of the Eastern Alps on the southern flank of the Dobratsch.
