Engstler Roman Gorge

A unique experience is the connecting route to the Engstler Forstsee round and to Saissersee, on a narrow, asphalted path through Velden, crossing the street, then continuing on Forstseestraße, through an underpass, to Unterwinklern. A steep climb over roots and stones leads uphill along the Roman Gorge on rough natural ground next to the stream. Here the route merges into the Engstler Forstsee round.
