Blaufränkischland Marathon - Quarter Marathon (10.4 km)

Even as you leave the town, you’ll pass three renowned wineries and experience the warm hospitality of the Deutschkreutz winemakers, who will serve their finest wines to participants for tasting. Refreshed and ready to go, you’ll walk up into the “Alte Weingebirge” and through the oldest and finest vineyards of Deutschkreutz. At a tasting station nestled among the vineyards, you can sample exquisite wines and regional delicacies while taking in the expansive vineyard landscape and the magnificent view. Passing Deutschkreutz Castle and the tasting station at the Schaflerhof, the route leads you back into town, where you can visit two more wineries on the final kilometers to the finish line.

At the tasting stations, you’ll find outstanding wines and regional specialties from local producers. Grape juice, mineral water, and still water are also available. Look forward to an unforgettable experience and a day full of enjoyment and discoveries!
