Meditative hike
You embark on a journey to yourself. The path leads you along the Dobelbach over the Kneipp basin and the wildlife enclosure back to the starting point.
The starting point of our meditative hike is the Falkensteinschule bus stop. From there, you walk past the school and the kindergarten onto Dobelbachweg, which takes you on the meditative journey along the stream course. To find complete inner peace, focus on only one sound. What do you hear right now? For example, the flowing water. Perceive only this one sound and breathe deeply for 2-3 steps, count 1 while exhaling, breathe deeply again for 2-3 steps with the same sound, count 2 while exhaling; continue like this until you count 30 on the exhale. Then at the place where you are, choose the next sound you want to focus on. Again, breathe deeply for 2-3 steps and count one while exhaling and so on. You walk the path until you have perceived 7 sounds individually. Now you should be at the height of the Quiet Therapist. Stop there and enjoy the moment. What are you grateful for in this moment? Bring the gratitude fully into the moment so that you can feel it deeply in your body. Let this gratitude work deeply within you. Silently say thank you once again and take this feeling of gratitude with you on the next stage towards the water treading basin. At the Kneipp basin, you can take off your shoes and socks, roll up your pants, and wade a few steps in the icy water. Afterwards, keep to the left of the wildlife enclosure and walk around it. While walking around the enclosure, you can collect everything that comes your way, e.g., leaves, pine cones, nuts, stones,... When you reach the enclosure, find a place where you feel comfortable and stay there. Say nothing, just immerse yourself fully in nature and the animals. You may take this meditative pause as long as it feels good to you. Afterwards, start your way back and let the thought that just appeared be as it is. Don't judge it, don't try to suppress it, just let it happen. Do you still have your collected items? Then you may now create a small mantra for yourself and the thought at the roadside. You continue the rest of the path silently and mindfully. At the end of the forest edge, shake your whole body, stretch to fully arrive again in the here and now. We look forward to hearing about your meditative experience (info@badherrenalb.de).
