Welcome to the family hotel at Lake Resia!

At DAS GERSTL Family Retreat in South Tyrol, countless adventures await the whole family, in a dreamlike location directly on Lake Resia with its sunken church tower and surrounded by the enchanting mountain world of the Vinschgau.

After an action-packed day, treat yourself to flavours from the surrounding area and relax together in the Family Sauna. In mascot Gersti's Aqua Fun Park with over 76 m of slide fun, the water fun continues!

The activity and childcare programme, designed especially for families, lets both parents and kids and teens actively experience nature, for example stand-up paddling and kitesurfing on Lake Resia, or mountain biking and e-biking in the 3-country Enduro region. There are also tips for shared quality time on the alpine adventure trail in summer and in the Schöneben family ski area in winter.

Bookings can be paid in advance by bank transfer, on site with major credit cards or in cash (according to Italian law up to € 2,999).

Arrival & departure
Your room will be ready for use from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Kindly vacate it by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please inform us by telephone if you are arriving after 18:00.

Between 30 and 70% depending on room category

Dogs
Family members of the four-legged variety are welcome to stay in the suites on the first floor for a surcharge of € 40 per day. Out of consideration for other guests, however, they are not permitted in the restaurant, by the pools, in the play areas, in the sauna & spa area or in the garden. Guests wishing to bring their four-legged friends to dinner are free to reserve a table in the bar area.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival free of charge.
Cancellation within 21 days before arrival: 80 % of the price of the luxury board.
Late arrival or early departure: 80% of the total amount of the unused nights of your stay.
Deposits will not be refunded, but will be credited to your account.

Room with breakfast
Upon request. A deduction of € 12.00 will be made from the price of the luxury board.
