Highest awards for Lachtal!
Since 27 years the „International Skiarea-Test“ is a highly acknowledged quality-check for ski resorts. A number of mystery judges checked appr. 50 ski resorts in Austria, Germany, Italy and Switzerland last season and evaluated them according to specific criteria.
Lachtal – home of Skiass Nici Schmidhofer – is very happy with following awards: International Piste Seal Approval in Gold, Snowmaker Trophy in Gold, die Snow Groomer Trophy in Gold and the international seal of approval for the tobaggon run. Moreover, the offer for kids was judged as excellent.

Ski- and snowboard fans have been looking forward to the yearly skiresort.de awards since 1998. It’s the most important award in the branch and the biggest test platform for ski resorts.
Lachtal was awarded as „extra special: worldwide leading ski resort with up to 30 km of ski slopes“.

„Wild Lachtal“
In the „Kinder-Lachtal“ kids do their first steps in the world of skiing: Babylift, magic carpet and minislalom. Along the new adventure-parcours „Wild Lachtal“ the young adventurer meet deer, fox, wolf, rabbit, capricorn and other wildlife.

• Family Days: Free ski pass for children up to 15 years! In the early and late season (8.-24.12.2022 and 20.3. 2023 until the end of the season) children up to 15 years ski for free when accompanied by a parent! (Applies to multi-day tickets from the 2-day ski pass).
