Parc Hotel Florian, with its spacious park comprising 5,000 m², is situated directly at the foot of the high plain Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, the most beautiful alpine plain in South Tyrol and at the same time the largest in Europe. Here, ski and snow fans will discover a landscape covered in white powdery snow – welcome to our winter wonderland.
In winter, this ski area offers 60 slopes for beginners and pros as well as fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The ski bus stop is situated directly in front of our house leaving in 15-minute intervals to the ski area. If you should not feel like skiing one day, then check out our cross-country trails or snowshoeing walks! The slopes and hiking trails are in perfect condition and just waiting to be discovered. So, ready, steady, go!
After an active day of hiking or skiing, our sauna offers the ideal place to relax and soak up the soothing heat. Afterwards it is time to enjoy our grand evening menu, carefully prepared by our chefs. With us you do not only enjoy a fantastic location, but also unforgettable culinary delights! On the day of arrival, the room is at your disposal from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the room rate without meals.
