Vaujany is located directly opposite the Massif des Grandes Rousses, in the heart of the mythical Oisans region at 1,250 metres above sea level. Vaujany has all the charm and quaintness of a traditional mountain village. Between tradition and modernity, Vaujany nevertheless offers the very best facilities for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, skating and (snowshoe) hiking, and all this in a dreamlike majestic landscape. 250 km of pistes of every level offer a great challenge to everyone from beginners to freeriders.

With 250 km of pistes and 300 days of sunshine per year, Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine Ski comprises 8 resorts: Alpe d'Huez, Auris, Clavans, Le Freney d'Oisans, La Garde, Oz en Oisans, Villard Reculas et Vaujany.

From 1,250 m to 2,800 m within a few minutes in a gondola, then on the Pic Blanc at 3,330 m to look at Mont Blanc, the Grand Paradis, the La Meije glacier and the Ecrins and then roar down again 2,230 metres in altitude until you reach the beautiful forest. 3,000 hectares of mountain paradise for everyone!
