Our apartment is beautifully located on 1.200 m above sea level on the sunny side of the valley!
You can reach the Stubai glacier in about 15 minutes, either by car or you take one of the regularly running ski busses. The other ski areas, such as Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen Mieders or the 11er lifts can also be reached in short time.
Grab your toboggan and walk up to Milderaunalm, Brandstattalm or Auffangalm and ride back to our house! Or just walk up, have a drink/meal and come back!
Have a day off - make a snowball fight or just build a snowman in "your" garden.
