Our house is sunny and located in the center of Warth, directly at the Skiarlberg ski area.

The Dorfbahn gondola lift, the village run and the toboggan slope are only 200 m away from the house. Allowing you to quickly and comfortably start your winter adventures.

In our lovingly and well-furnished holiday apartments with bright wicker and natural wood furniture, you will feel at home right away.

Upon request, we can bring you fresh rolls from the bakery directly to your apartment door every morning.

Enjoy relaxing hours in our sauna and infrared heat cabin with a relaxation room, which are available for free on three specific days of the week - with direct access to the snow.

With our ski boot warmer in the ski room, you can always look forward to warm and cozy ski boots. Additionally, you can borrow snowshoes and sleds for free.
