Winter hiking trail along the Adolf Pichler path

From Absam along the meadow path past the Thaurer Mure, through the Thaurer Siedlung Kapons up to the Romedius chapel above Thaur and to the castle ruins. Past the castle courtyard we reach the Adolf Pichler spring, through the forest to the Garzanhof and to the Rechenhof guesthouse (approx. 1.5 - 2 hours)

From here descent to Rum (bus to Absam/Hall). Or continue through spruce and beech forest to Hungerburg.
