The route starts in Loco. This village, where time seems to have stopped, enchants its guests with its charm. The trail passes in front of a beautiful little church and leads to Sella. On the way to Passo della Garina you can enjoy the beauty of the nature of this still very wild valley. The ascent is not felt because there is much to admire and discover during the climb. Passo della Garina is known thanks to the work "Man in the Holocene" by the Swiss writer Max Frisch, who made Valle Onsernone his chosen home. From the pass you can admire a wonderful panorama that invites you to linger. From the pass you reach Vallemaggia: the long descent passes through Corton, a charming hamlet above Moghegno, to Maggia. Maggia is a pretty village with many cultural facets and excellent infrastructure.
