Condition: strength for at least 150 minutes of pedaling over nearly 20 km with about 150 meters of elevation gain
Short & Sweet: 3/4 of the route runs on paved and 1/4 on gravel bike paths. Suitable for beginners. On the first 5 kilometers – over the Strub Pass – it goes slightly uphill and you have to overcome 140 meters of elevation. Subsequently the route is flat. Back via the same route, so you don’t need to pedal much at the end. Suitable for beginners. Food stops at the lake with bathing facilities or at the Strub inn or in the towns of Waidring and Lofer.
