Reservations:
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit as requested in the booking confirmation. You are welcome to transfer the remaining amount to our bank account (info provided below) prior to your arrival, pay in cash, or use your EC / ATM, VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD. Should the prices quoted in the reservation confirmation vary at all from what you expected, those prices given in our official price list will always apply.
Cancellation:
Reservations and/or cancellations only become official when received in writing
According to § 5 of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH2006):
Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday - free cancellation possible. Your deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of EUR 50.00 per room.
3 to 1 month before start of holiday - 40 % cancellation fee.
From 1 month to 1 week before the start of the holiday - 70 % cancellation fee
From 1 week before start of holiday: 90 % cancellation fee
In the event of premature departure, 100% will be charged.
We strongly recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy (we will be happy to provide you with additional information at the time you place your reservation).
Dogs: We don't accept dogs - thank you for your understanding.
