Mokrice - Rajec

Mokrice is known for its castle, which was already mentioned in historical sources back in the year 1444.

The original medieval tower-palace was extended in the Renaissance period with four wings around the inner courtyard at the corners and also reinforced by four massive round towers.

Today, the castle houses a hotel, which is managed by the Terme Catez.
