Hike
Our little village St.Vigil is wonderfully surrounded by high mountains. There is hardly any through traffic and is fenced off by soft, green meadows, beautiful forests and hills. Countless hiking trails invite guests to take a stroll. St. Vigil is also the gateway to the fabled * Nature Park "Fanes-Sennes-Prags" *. Ideal starting point for unforgettable hikes and climbing in the unique Dolomite landscape.
Winter
It is worthwhile spending a day in the nature park even in winter. Far away from the hustle and bustle enjoy a white dream landscape.
With over 100 kilometers of slopes and state-of-the-art lifts, the Kronplatz ski area is the number 1 ski mountain for demanding skiers and snowboarders in South Tyrol. There is hardly a ski resort that offers such a spectacular Dolomite mountain panorama.
