Le Ruch des Messires - MTB No. 6

Starting from the Messires campsite, you follow a fairly easy route. This circuit can be done with children (+10 years old) who already have good mountain biking skills.

Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended

Mountain Biking as you like! but…

Use the marked trails for your safety and respect the direction of the routes

Do not overestimate your abilities and control your speed

Be careful and courteous when overtaking or crossing hikers as pedestrians have priority

Check the condition of your mountain bike and plan for supplies and repair accessories

If you go alone, leave your route with someone you trust

Respect private properties and cultivated areas

Beware of agricultural and forestry machinery

Close gates after passing

Avoid wild picking of flowers, fruits, and mushrooms

Do not disturb the peace of wild animals

Take your rubbish with you, be discreet and respectful of the environment
