Our Apartment House

Our apartment house stands out for its peaceful yet central location. We are situated in the heart of the Zillertal Arena, surrounded by beautiful ski slopes, 50 km of cross-country trails, toboggan runs, hiking paths, bike tours, via ferratas, and a high ropes course.

Toboggan runs, a variety of winter hiking trails, and the ski bus stop (free ski bus) are located right in front of our house. The complimentary ski bus takes you directly to the ski areas of Gerlos, the Zillertal Arena, and even the Wildkogel Arena.

Our two cozy apartments (Südtirol and Riederwiese) offer plenty of space for you and your family.

For extra comfort, our in-house ski room is equipped with a ski boot dryer. Guests also enjoy access to a large parking area and our daily bread roll delivery service!

Hikers can look forward to a breathtaking mountain world in the Zillertal Arena: 400 km of hiking trails (15 easy, 51 intermediate, and 9 challenging), 9 themed routes, over 40 huts, inns, and snack stations, 136 km of Nordic walking trails, a hiking bus, and much more. Our house is located right next to the high ropes course!

Sustainable Self-Sufficiency and Energy Use

From the end of March to the end of October, we strive to live self-sufficiently — guided by sustainability and the responsible use of natural resources. Especially during the sunny months, we rely on renewable energy sources and energy-efficient systems to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible while maintaining affordable energy costs.

Energy Sources

Photovoltaic system:
Our solar panels generate environmentally friendly electricity that covers most of our energy needs. On sunny days, we can live almost entirely self-sufficiently by using the solar energy to power our electrical devices and lighting.

Solar thermal system:
For hot water and heating support, we use a solar thermal system. This technology allows us to directly harness the sun’s energy for water heating, significantly reducing our energy consumption.

Energy Management

To optimize energy costs and keep consumption under control, we use modern monitoring technologies. These allow us to analyze electricity and water usage in real time and take targeted measures to reduce them.

Through these sustainable initiatives, we create not only a comfortable and cost-efficient lifestyle but also make a valuable contribution to environmental protection. Our ultimate goal is to maintain a way of living that meets both our needs and those of our planet.

Beide Appartements sind mit genügend Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Backrohr, Wasserkocher, SAT-TV, Safe und Radiowecker ausgestattet. Ein Brötchenservice ist ebenfalls möglich.
