This spectacular bike route almost completes the complete circumnavigation of the Dolomite Cristallo Group, the absolute star of the landscape for much of the route. A ride immersed in the UNESCO Dolomites...
The first ascent leads to Passo Tre Croci, the most challenging climb of the loop, characterized by steady gradients and magnificent views of the Dolomite peaks. After the descent to Cortina d'Ampezzo, we turn towards Passo Cimabanche, facing a gentler, more pedalable climb. This area played a strategic role during World War I, as evidenced by bunkers, fortifications and military outposts still visible along the route.
The last effort is the short but sharp final climb to Misurina, with about 300 meters of elevation gain that quickly leads to the famous lake, the largest natural lake in Cadore, framed by some of the most iconic mountains in the Dolomites.

Road or gravel bike, helmet mandatory, lights recommended for tunnels and low visibility, technical clothing suitable for temperature changes.
Pay attention to traffic during tourist periods, especially around Cortina and Misurina. Fast descents and exposed sections require caution. Variable weather at high altitudes.
Accessible from Cortina d'Ampezzo or Auronzo di Cadore.
Misurina is connected by bus from Cortina d'Ampezzo and Calalzo di Cadore. Check the availability of bike transport.
Parking spaces available near Lake Misurina.
