This 9 km long, easy walking trail starts from the village of Ruka and runs along the side of Rukatunturi and circles Lammintupa as it approaches Vuosselijärvi. The trail offers beautiful views of Rukatunturi. As it passes through the terrain of Vuosselijärvi, the trail offers beautiful landscapes amidst ponds, bogs and forests.
The trail is easy and there are no significant differences in altitude.

Ski cafes along the trail: Uuttusuon Taukomaja, Korpikahvila and Lammintupa café. Open in the winter season.
Vuosselin outdoor trail is a multi-purpose trail that can be cycled and walked all year round. In winter, the trail also has a traditional and freestyle skiing trail. Walking dogs on the multi-purpose trail is only allowed in the summer.
The beginning of the route follows the sidewalk from the village of Ruka through the Juhannuskallio roundabout to the Vuosseli area. At the corner of the Vuosseli slope area, turn onto Vuosselinrinne road, from which turn onto Kinospolku road. At the end of Kinospolku, follow the Vuosseli Outdoor Trail signs to Lammintupa.
Outdoor clothing and sturdy outdoor shoes appropriate for the weather.
In winter, there are dedicated paths for walkers, cyclists and skiers. The outdoor trail has signboards with location information and a trail label.
Ruka village is located at Rukatunturitie 9 (also Rukankyläntie 8).

During the winter season, Lammintupa can be reached by bus from Ruka village and Ruka Valley during certain months. This means that you can plan a trip to Lammintupa by walking in one direction and taking the bus in the other direction. Lammintupa Bus is free of charge for Lammintupa customers.
