From Rivalta Torinese to Reano. Mountain Biking on the outskirts of Turin

From the Bicigrill proceed towards the historic center of Rivalta on Via Maraoncelli. Turn left onto Via Cadore and again left onto Strada Comunale Villarbasse - Rivalta, which soon becomes unpaved. 

Turn right at the second fork to reach the Garosso di Rivalta and the Cascina Gottero. Shortly before a small hamlet, turn left uphill on a road hollowed out between 2 banks. After the climb and a slight descent, the road for a few meters looks like the bottom of a stream and then climbs very steeply for 100 meters, up to the borough of Roncaglia. After Roncaglia, and after the old oven, turn left onto a long unpaved straight that first descends and then ascends on the opposite side of the valley. Then turn left and about 1 km later right to reach a ridge near Truc Castellazzo and then Truc Bandiera. After Truc Bandiera, descend north and reach the village of Villarbasse. Continue to Reano using Via Vitrani, then Cascina Simonetto and large meadows near Fontanelle to reach Reano. Follow signs for Trana but turn left onto Via Pianoli at the end of the village. The road turns into an unpaved path, which with a continuous up and down and some possible variants, leads to Sangano. Then take the dirt road that runs along the Sangone on the left bank and leads back to Rivalta T.se.
