The Vélomaritime® - EuroVelo4 - Le Tréport -> Cayeux-sur-Mer

The Vélomaritime, in the Somme, starts (or ends) its route at Mers-les-Bains. To the south, you cross the Bresle to enter Seine-Maritime and the Normandy region. To the north, you head straight towards the Bay of Somme. Mers-les-Bains stands out for its colorful seafront facades, enjoy them before tackling the cliff! This is the stage in the Somme with the most difficulties, but past Ault to the north, only the wind might affect your speed since the rest of the route is flat!
Don't miss a round trip into the Bois de Cise. Admittedly, it goes downhill, so expect to climb back up, but the place is worth it. The center of Ault is a pleasant place for a lunch or snack break, with some nice shops and good addresses.
