Helsana Trails are available to you free of charge all year round. The routes are regularly checked and maintained by local trail managers, so you can always train optimally.

The trail starts at Therme Zurzach and runs along the forest to Laubberg. From there, it continues to the Rhine and through the floodplain protected area "Aue Chly Rhy" to the village of Rietheim, from where the trail leads back to Therme Zurzach.

Good shoes are recommended for optimal training.
You can reach Bad Zurzach from Baden in 25 minutes, from Zurich or Zurich Airport in 35 minutes, from Schaffhausen in 40 minutes, from Basel in 60 minutes, from Lucerne in 70 minutes, and from Bern in 90 minutes.
You can reach Bad Zurzach by train from Koblenz, Baden, Waldshut, and Winterthur. From there, it is about a 5-minute walk to the trailhead. Alternatively, you can reach the thermal bath by bus from Brugg.
A paid parking lot is located at Therme Zurzach.
