The Helsana Trail starts at the parking lot on Achenberg and leads through the forest. At the end, you return to the parking lot.
Good shoes are recommended for optimal training.
You can reach Achenberg in 25 minutes from Baden, 35 minutes from Zurich or Kloten Airport, 40 minutes from Schaffhausen, 60 minutes from Basel, 70 minutes from Lucerne, and 90 minutes from Bern.
You can reach Bad Zurzach by train from Koblenz, Baden, Waldshut, and Winterthur. From Zurzach station, take the bus towards Brugg and get off at the animal park. From there, it is about 20 minutes on foot to the start of the trail.
A free parking lot is located on Achenberg directly at the start of the trail.
