Walk at the Cavins marsh

In the middle valley of the Somme, in the heart of its main riverbed, the Cavins marsh is located in an area of great ecological and landscape interest. A nature and culture route! Overlooked by the Hangest-sur-Somme larris, the Cavins marsh, together with the neighboring Château marsh, belongs to a larger group of marshes and peat ponds of the Somme Valley, considered unique in Europe. From the parking lot, follow the Somme river to reach the start of the walk. Through a 3-kilometer route, come and discover this circuit combining nature and culture, thanks to the setup of a literary route designed around the work "En Famille" by Hector Malot.
