Variant 1st and 2nd day:
From time to time you can take the chairlift and save a few metres in depth and altitude.
Variations for the 3rd day
From Vella you can take the train to Triel. After the start you go downhill to Davos Munts instead of straight ahead and enjoy even more view.
If you wish, you can extend the tour from Lumbrein to Vrin. However, the winter hiking trail from Lumbrein via Val da Mulin, Sogn Adriu, Val Miedra to Vrin is not mechanically groomed. This part is groomed with snowshoes and is therefore the easiest to walk with snowshoes. If there is no snowfall for a long time, the track is hard and often without snowshoes. After heavy snowfalls, it may be that this section is not (yet) groomed.
Weekend Tip
If you want to, you can hike only the first two days. So the experience is possible on a weekend.

The tour cannot be booked as a package. Please book the accommodation yourself and inform the hotels in Vella that you would like to book the luggage transport for this 3-day tour. The transport costs are CHF 45.- per piece of luggage. It is only necessary to transport luggage, as they will leave the luggage themselves on the first day and continue with the Postbus and at the end of the third day they will collect the luggage again in Vella.
Of course, you can also book luggage transport and carry the backpack yourself.
