This lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house in the quiet village centre of Ramosch. From the conservatory, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Grisons Dolomites. Ramosch is an ideal starting point for countless outdoor activities and excursions in unspoilt nature throughout the year.

The apartment has recently been renovated. Traditional Engadine elements such as Swiss stone pine wood and the tiled stove create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room and conservatory are perfect places to relax with an exciting book, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious Engadine specialties to enjoy together at the dining table. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine with integrated tumble dryer.

Two outdoor parking spaces belong to the apartment and are easily accessible. A grocery store with fresh bread from the local bakery is only a two-minute walk away. The post bus stop is located 300 metres from the property.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine region offers beautiful hiking opportunities, whether for short walks or full-day adventures. Popular excursions include the hike to Zuort Farm via the suspension bridges or to Tschlin along the Via Engiadina. The Swiss National Park is also nearby.
