Welcome to this charming 4½-room apartment with wonderful views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Ftan. Hiking trails, Lake Ftan, the bus stop and numerous leisure activities are all within easy walking distance.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau away from the crowds. On the opposite side of the valley, the impressive Lower Engadine Dolomites rise behind Tarasp Castle, creating a picture-perfect alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill of Ftan tells the story of the region’s once-thriving grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift comfortably takes visitors into the mountains during summer and is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking adventures. The unique natural and cultural surroundings make Ftan a perfect holiday destination for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Thanks to its spacious layout, the apartment offers plenty of room and benefits from a sunny south-west orientation. Located in the attic level, it features two balconies with unobstructed views of the impressive Engadine mountains. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. The cosy living room with dining table, sofa and fireplace invites you to relax and unwind. The kitchen, renovated in 2009, is fully equipped. The three spacious bedrooms each have 2–3 beds. For younger guests, a baby cot and a Tripp Trapp chair are available. Both balconies are furnished with a table and chairs – stunning views included. The apartment features a large bathroom (bathtub/shower/toilet) as well as a separate toilet. A parking space is available in the underground garage. On the same floor there is also a private storage room with ski storage. A lift takes guests to the upper floor, although a few steps still need to be climbed to reach the apartment.
