Kleiner Alpsee - Weihergut - Immenstadt

The starting point of the tour is the parking lot at Viehmarktplatz. From there, the route follows the signs in the direction of Großer Alpsee. The bathing trail, also known as "Achis Wasserweg", runs along trees and meadows as well as several adventure stations for children. Right at the start, there is a playground on the right-hand side. Shortly afterwards, the gravel path branches off to the right in the direction of the Kleiner Alpsee outdoor pool.

The route continues towards Bühl. At the "In der Hub" junction, turn right and go through an underpass to reach Hotel Rothenfels. The route then runs uphill along the road. At the top, a view of the Großer Alpsee opens up. The trail continues along the asphalt road past a pond with an insect hotel to Weihergut. There is a bench at the crossroads to the estate where you can take a short break.

From there, you can visit the Rothenfels and Hugofels ruins. Even though only a few remains have been preserved, it is worth making a detour to the castle ruins with interesting information boards and a beautiful view from the top. The descent is via a path between a residential building and a warehouse and leads down a rooty forest path to the outskirts of Immenstadt. The outdoor pool is on the right-hand side. The route then follows the cycle and footpath either to the right to the outdoor pool and back along the same route. Or turn left directly to Immenstadt.
