In December 2014, the Neukirch Black Forest Association began creating a sculpture trail. Markus Rombach carved figures from existing and donated tree stumps.
The hike starts at the Schwarzwaldhalle and leads past the Landhotel Tälerhäusle. The route continues to the Kirnerhof. Turn right here towards Neueck. Turn right again at the transformer station and then right again at the main road to Gasthaus Hirschen. From here, follow the Westweg to above Neukirch. Then it's back through the village to the Schwarzwaldhalle.
The hike is approx. 6.5 km long and follows easily accessible paths and roads, albeit with a constant, longer ascent. It runs along the yellow rhombus and is also marked with an arrow with a brown owl at junctions.

Die Wanderung starten wir bei der Schwarzwaldhalle und gehen vorbei am Tälerhäusle - Ochsen. Weiter geht´s zum Kirnerhof. Hier biegst du rechts ab Richtung Neueck. Bei der Trafostation wieder rechts und bei der Hauptstraße ebenfalls rechts zum Gasthaus Hirschen. Ab hier folgst du dem Westweg bis oberhalb Neukirch. Dann durch das Dorf wieder zur Schwarzwaldhalle zurück.

Der Weg ist kinderwagentauglich.
Gutes Schuhwerk, der Witterung angepasste Kleidung sowie Getränke u. evtl. Rucksackverpflegung sind bei allen Touren empfehlenswert.
