• A wooded walk offering shade in the heart of a preserved area irrigated by the Ozon River.
• A slight change in altitude is ideal for running. Beware of the steep slopes in the Combe Pelouze woods.
• The Château de Rajat park: the building is privately owned, but the 20 hectares of greenery surrounding it are open to the public.
• To complete the walk with children, spend some time at the PumpTrack and Skatepark in Saint-Pierre-de-Chandieu.

The Heritage Trail
A 5 km themed trail is dedicated to discovering the heritage of Saint-Pierre-de-Chandieu. Although the town is close to Lyon, it has preserved many sites that form the basis of its rural identity. Along the trail, you'll discover chapels, washhouses, and a castle. The landscape offers a setting for country walks punctuated by viewpoints over Lyon and the more or less nearby mountain ranges: Lyonnais, Monts d'Or and Beaujolais.
