The welcoming 30 m² one-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with authentic Engadine charm. It is located on the ground floor and features a covered terrace. A special highlight is the converted music cellar, which is also used by the owners but can be rented by guests for practising and making music.

Shopping facilities can be found nearby on the Stradun, including Volg, bakeries and various local shops. Right next door is the bike shop “Bikeria”, where mountain bikes of all kinds can be rented.

A public long-term parking area is a 5-minute walk away. The ski bus stop is located just 3 minutes above the house on the Stradun. The train station and valley station of the mountain railways can be reached in approximately 5 minutes. The ski bus is free of charge during winter.

The Engadin Bad Scuol, with its extensive spa and sauna facilities, mineral water pavilion and Roman-Irish Bath, is located directly behind the house.

The ski bus stop is located just 3 minutes’ walk above the house on the Stradun, in about 5 minutes’ drive you can easily reach the train station and the valley station. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter.

Also the Engadin Bad Scuol, with a large bathing and sauna area, the drinking hall with various mineral waters and with Roman-Irish bath is just behind the house.
