In the spacious entrance area, you will find a large ski room and a renovated bathroom. A staircase at the end of the entrance hall leads you to the cosy living room on the first floor of the apartment. Furnished in an elegant Alpine chic style, the living room features comfortable leather sofas, a beautiful antique Engadine wardrobe and a large dining table. The dining table in the centre of the room and the cosy sofa area invite you to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy good conversation. Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with box-spring double beds, while the children's room has two separate single beds. The apartment also offers a second spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.

Shopping facilities are located directly outside the front door. The (ski) bus stop “Sent, Plaz” is only 43 metres from the house. Within just 15 minutes, you can comfortably reach the mountain railway base station and Scuol-Tarasp railway station. The ski bus is included in the ski pass during winter. The famous valley run to Sent, known as the “Dream Slope”, is 11 km long and truly lives up to its name. It ends just above the village. A public parking area is only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment – ideal if you are travelling with more than one car.
