Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau, away from the crowds. Across the valley, the impressive Lower Engadine Dolomites rise behind Tarasp Castle, creating a spectacular alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill of Ftan tells the story of the region’s rich grain-growing tradition. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you directly to the Motta Naluns ski area in winter. The children's snow park with magic carpet makes learning to ski easy and fun, while the sledging run between Prui and Ftan guarantees winter fun for all ages.

The approximately 48 m² ground-floor apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for families. The cosy living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa invites you to relax after an active day. From the living area you have direct access to the small but inviting terrace equipped with table and chairs. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. A bathroom with shower and WC is also available. An outdoor parking space is provided, and sports equipment such as skis and sledges can be stored in the owner's garage.
