In the middle station Grünsee to ice-climb are between 100 and 220m altitude. The center of the Ice-Climbing-Events in the upper Stubachtal at altitudes between 1800-2000 m.

2. DEVIL´S DANCE: 150 m, 90° (a passage) - otherwise 50 - 75°
3. EISFREUNDSCHAFT: 120 m, 90° (a passage) - sonst 60 - 80°

PRACTICE-FALLS

OLYMPIA FALL:
Width 80 m, height 40 m - between 60 and 90 °
Medelz accessible from the top station with skis on Kalser Tauern and the slopes below the Tauern Kogel traversing the Olympia-fall. Return to the mountain station Rudolfshütte by descent to the valley station of the Hütten-lift. Altitude: 2,500 m

Reachable from the Weißsee dam in a few minutes to the icefall.

Medelz accessible from the base station to the southeast, at P. 2246 over, to get out. Here are two rope-hooks, twice roping (20 m, 30 m) to reach the entrance.

ÖDENWINKEL FALLS:
several short practice falls, 60 - 80 °, 15 - 20 m
Medelz accessible from the top station with skis into the wastes of angles and to the falls. Return over Eisbodenlacke and advance to the base station of the Schafbichl-lift (per half hour).
