Our centrally heated organic log cabin is situated on a sunny south-facing slope above the fog line in the middle of the Koralpe hiking area in a quiet location with a wonderful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Lavanttal valley.

Our apartment consists of a kitchen with a cozy dining area, living room and bedroom, anteroom, shower, toilet, a south-facing sun terrace and a parking space.

Bed and table linen, crockery, towels and coffee machine as well as satellite TV and radio are of course provided by us.

Where vacation is still recreation -

The Koralpe, the border ridge between Carinthia and Styria, with its gentle alpine pastures, clear mountain streams and thundering waterfalls, offers something for everyone:

You can still spot chamois and marmots on hikes along well-marked hiking trails, or enjoy the magnificent views across the Lavanttal valley to the Karawanken and Julian Alps (on a clear day you can even see as far as the Grossglockner - from the summit) and watch the impressive flights of the golden eagle.

Take one of our flower hikes to see the rare alpine plants of the Koralpe. It is particularly beautiful in June, when the chamois heather covers the Koralpe with a pink carpet, at the beginning of July when the alpine rush blooms and in August when the "Almnagerl" beguile with their wonderful scent.
