The flat was completely refurbished in the spring 2017, is located on the second floor, has a sunny balcony, and is conveniently located for grocery shopping, whether it is in a small grocery store or the locally renowned butcher Hatecke.

A public outdoor parking lot is located nearby. The ski bus stops directly in front of the house, allowing you to reach the train station or the lower station of the gondola in 5min. Using the ski bus is included in the ski ticket.
After a few minutes’ walk you reach the Engadin Bad Scuol, which offers a large variety of bath, spa, and wellness options, including a sauna and a Roman-Irish bath. Additionally, the cross-country tracks and recreation areas can be reached easily. Moreover, two fountains with mineral water are located nearby.
